🏠 Commitment to respecting neighbours
- This property is intended for guests seeking rest and a მშვიდ stay. Events or gatherings are not allowed.
- Respecting neighbours’ rest is essential, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 22:00 and 08:00.
- Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the stay.

🧹 Cleaning service and linen change
- For stays of 14 nights or less, an optional low-cost cleaning service is available.
- For stays longer than 14 nights, booking a cleaning service of at least 2 hours (€30 total) is mandatory. Payment is made directly to the cleaner. This helps us maintain the property in perfect condition for all future guests.
- Please note that we do not provide linen or towel changes. An extra set of bed linen is provided per occupied bed, along with two sets of bath towels per guest. All our properties are equipped with a washing machine.

House rules

At LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES, good relations with the neighbors are a top priority. We kindly ask for your full cooperation in adhering to the following rules:

• The regulations of Las Palmas City Council state that noise perceived by a neighbour BETWEEN 10 p.m. AND 8 a.m. must not exceed 25 dB IN BEDROOMS and 30 dB IN OTHER ROOMS. Normal conversation = 40–50 dB. Slamming doors, dragging furniture = 70 dB. From these levels, you should subtract what is absorbed by walls, ceilings and windows.
• Without our prior authorisation, access is not permitted to PERSONS WHO ARE NOT LISTED IN THE BOOKING.
• SMOKING is strictly FORBIDDEN throughout the property and in all communal areas of the building.
• We accept no responsibility for noise caused by NEIGHBOURS’ BUILDING WORKS that have not been notified to us.
• PETS are not allowed.
• Access to the building is not permitted WHEN WET OR WITH SAND from the beach.
• It is not permitted to HANG CLOTHES on balconies or windows where they are visible from the street.
• We do not provide a LINEN AND TOWEL CHANGE SERVICE. However, you will find spare sheets and towels in the apartment. The accommodation has a washing machine, and we provide detergent for your use.

The flat has been decorated, furnished and cleaned so that you can enjoy it to its fullest. We kindly ask you to treat it with care and respect, so that future guests can enjoy it in the same way. Thank you very much!

✒️ OFFICIAL HOLIDAY HOME
The licence number is VV-35-1-0018588. All demands placed on the decree of holiday homes 113/2015 of the Canary Islands Government are fully met.

📆 CLEANING SERVICE FOR LONG STAYS
For stays longer than 14 days, it is mandatory to hire an additional cleaning service for the accommodation of at least 2 hours (30 EUR), which is paid directly to the cleaner. By implementing long-stay discounts, the average duration of reservations has increased and many of our accommodations were being delivered extremely dirty on the day of departure. We appreciate your understanding.
