The Space

🖥️ Large and bright work area
The 2 electric height-adjustable standing desks take care of your health: working standing up from time to time relaxes your back and prevents injuries. And when you're sitting, ergonomic office chairs with headrests and adjustable backrests protect you from inappropriate postures.

🛋️​ The living room invites you to relax
It features a comfortable three-seater sofa with a chaise longue and a 50'' Smart TV with access to Amazon Prime (we don't have access to German TV channels). Fancy watching a movie while curling up in your blanket? The double-glazed windows help you isolate the room from outside noise... Draw the curtains on the windows to create the proper ambience!

🛏️ 2 Double bedrooms
The main bedroom has a150 x 200 cm bed. It has a very comfortable mattress and pillows of different firmness. A two-section wardrobe and a three-drawer dresser offer the storage space you need. Despite not having windows, we have incorporated a state-of-the-art ceiling fan, with various intensity settings, and a dehumidifier, for greater and better air circulation.

​A little bit of reading before bed? Night lamps offer warm and cosy lighting. The space is completed by a ceiling fan with adjustable speed.

In the second bedroom there is a 135 cm bed with a comfortable mattress, ideal for 1 or 2 people.

🔪 Perfectly equipped kitchen
As in all LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES properties, the kitchen is thoughtfully equipped to make cooking and dining at home as comfortable as possible.

​🛀​ Bathroom with a lot of storage space
The walk-in shower, with fantastic water pressure, has shampoo and gel dispensers. And for your comfort, we include 2 sets of towels per guest.

Included in the rental. The car park is located just 350 metres away.

📶​ Mobile coverage in the master bedroom and dining room is not good for some mobile phone providers. However, the coverage of all is good, both in the living room and work area, as well as in the second bedroom. In addition, the WIFI is perfect throughout the house and you will be able to make impeccable calls and video calls.

- This accommodation, which is located on the 1st floor of a 4-storey building, is ideal for short and medium stays, holiday or business travellers, remote workers and couples with 2 children.

House rules

At LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES, good relations with the neighbors are a top priority.
The building where this accommodation is located is a residential property.
For the sustainability of holiday rentals in residential buildings, we kindly ask for your full cooperation in adhering to the following rules:

• The regulations of Las Palmas City Council state that noise perceived by a neighbour BETWEEN 10 p.m. AND 8 a.m. must not exceed 25 dB IN BEDROOMS and 30 dB IN OTHER ROOMS. Normal conversation = 40–50 dB. Slamming doors, dragging furniture = 70 dB. From these levels, you should subtract what is absorbed by walls, ceilings and windows.
• Without our prior authorisation, access is not permitted to PERSONS WHO ARE NOT LISTED IN THE BOOKING.
• SMOKING is strictly FORBIDDEN throughout the property and in all communal areas of the building.
• We accept no responsibility for noise caused by NEIGHBOURS’ BUILDING WORKS that have not been notified to us.
• PETS are not allowed.
• Access to the building is not permitted WHEN WET OR WITH SAND from the beach.
• It is not permitted to HANG CLOTHES on balconies or windows where they are visible from the street.
• We do not provide a LINEN AND TOWEL CHANGE SERVICE. However, you will find spare sheets and towels in the apartment. The accommodation has a washing machine, and we provide detergent for your use.

The flat has been decorated, furnished and cleaned so that you can enjoy it to its fullest. We kindly ask you to treat it with care and respect, so that future guests can enjoy it in the same way. Thank you very much!

The licence number is VV-35-1-0018489. All demands placed on the decree of holiday homes 113/2015 of the Canary Islands Government are fully met.

📆 ACCOMMODATION CLEANING SERVICE FOR LONG STAYS
For stays longer than 14 days, it is mandatory to hire an additional cleaning service for the accommodation of at least 3 hours (39 EUR), which is paid directly to the cleaner. By implementing long-stay discounts, the average duration of reservations has increased and many of our accommodations were being delivered extremely dirty on the day of departure. We appreciate your understanding.
