The Space

The room has a 2-seater dining set -for candlelit dinners... or for the less romantic remote working...- as well as a 150 cm bed, quite cosy for a good night's rest, comforting naps, or even for reading moments.

A built-in wardrobe next to the entrance and two large shelves give you the storage space you need. A range of warm light spots are distributed throughout the room and create a pleasant atmosphere.

- Please note that there are 10 steps to climb to get to the lift. The beach is literally around the corner! This accommodation, which is located on the 7th floor of a 9-storey building, is ideal for short and medium stays, holiday or business travellers, remote workers and couples.
- This accommodation doesn't accept children under the age of 6. Baby cot or high chair are not provided.

π CLEANING SERVICE FOR LONG STAYS
For stays longer than 14 days, it is mandatory to hire an additional cleaning service for the accommodation of at least 2 hours (26 EUR), which is paid directly to the cleaner. By implementing long-stay discounts, the average duration of reservations has increased and many of our accommodations were being delivered extremely dirty on the day of departure. We appreciate your understanding.

- The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at all times is 2 people, child included.
- Only children 6 YEARS OR OLDER are accepted, due to the danger that the 2 terraces of the property entail for children under that age.
- SMOKING is allowed ONLY ON THE TERRACES.
- PARTIES AND NOISES that may disturb neighbours are prohibited from 10pm to 8am.
- This property is located in a building with other apartments that are not under our management. We cannot be held responsible for disturbing noises from neighbours or unexpected construction work.
- PETS are not allowed.
- Hanging clothes on balconies or windows in a way that is visible from the street is not permitted.
- LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES does not provide the service of changing dirty sheets and towels in the accommodations. However, in all of them you will find a spare set of sheets + a spare set of towels per guest. The flats also have a washing machine.
- Please do not enter the building wet or with sand from the beach.
