The Space

📺 Very bright living room
It features a very comfortable sofa-bed and a 43'' Smart TV with access, through LIVING LAS CANTERAS' own accounts, to Amazon Prime and Movistar Plus Premium Cable TV (no access to German TV channels). Height-adjustable standing desk, so that you can CHANGE your body posture; Standing work relaxes your back and prevents injury.

🛏️ Night area
The bedroom includes built-in wardrobe and two single 90 cm beds joined together, with very comfortable mattresses.

Bedroom and living room open onto the terrace through huge sliding doors that bring plenty of natural light inside. The very large terrace has an outdoor table and chairs, as well as two sun beds. Thanks to the clear safety glass railing, the views of the bay are stunning from any angle.

🔪 Perfectly-equipped kitchen
As in all LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES properties, the kitchen is thoughtfully equipped to make cooking and dining at home as comfortable as possible. At your disposal you will find detergent for the washing machine, as well.

📆 CLEANING SERVICE FOR LONG STAYS
For stays longer than 14 days, it is mandatory to hire an additional cleaning service for the accommodation of at least 2 hours (26 EUR), which is paid directly to the cleaner. By implementing long-stay discounts, the average duration of reservations has increased and many of our accommodations were being delivered extremely dirty on the day of departure. We appreciate your understanding.

- At LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES we attach great importance to the good coexistence of our guests with the other NEIGHBOURS of the building. We appreciate that you are kind and respectful to them.
- The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at all times is 3 people.
- SMOKING is strictly FORBIDDEN in the entire property.
- PARTIES AND NOISES that may disturb neighbours are prohibited from 10pm to 8am.
- This property is located in a building with other apartments that are not under LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES management. We cannot be held responsible for disturbing noises from neighbours or unexpected construction work.
- PETS are not allowed.
- Hanging clothes on balconies or windows in a way that is visible from the street is not permitted.
- LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES does not provide the service of changing dirty sheets and towels in the accommodations. However, in all of them you will find a spare set of sheets + a spare set of towels per guest. The apartments also have a washing machine.
- Please do not enter the building wet or with sand from the beach.
