The Space

📺 Open shared areas
Open plan kitchen, dining and living space. It is a diaphanous and serene room, where earth tones and soft fabrics are intelligently combined with warm light spotlights that are very well distributed. Ideal for your resting.

🛋️ The living area has a very comfortable 3-seater couch and a large 43-inch TV (we do not have access to German TV channels).

🔪 As in all LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES properties, the kitchen is thoughtfully equipped to make cooking and dining at home as comfortable as possible. There is also a small dining table, for up to four guests.

🛏️ Bedrooms with lots of storage space
The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed of 140 cms. Read for a while by turning on one of the two small lamps located above the head of the bed... and voilà! In addition, it has its own bathroom.

The second bedroom has two single beds that can be easily pushed together. Both bedrooms have three-door wardrobes with plenty of storage space.

🌞 Comfortable and relaxing
The terrace is ideal for afternoon snacks or reading, or simply relaxing watching the sunset. If the sun bothers you, why not open the large awning?

🏖️ You will find the washer-dryer in the large three-section closet near the terrace.

🆓 As in all LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES properties, it includes:

✔️ Nighttime serenity
It is a very lively neighbourhood during the day, but it is very quiet at night. There are quite a few laptop-friendly cafes and several coworking spaces, if you want to meet other digital nomads.

🏠 Other important details
Located on the 5th floor of a very quiet 9-storey building. on the ground floor there are 10 steps to climb to get to the lift. The beach is literally around the corner! This accommodation is ideal for short and medium stays, holiday or business travellers, remote workers, couples or families with one or two children.

The licence number is VV-35-1-0017335. All demands placed on the decree of holiday homes 113/2015 of the Canary Islands Government are fully met.

📆 CLEANING SERVICE FOR LONG STAYS
For stays longer than 14 days, it is mandatory to hire an additional cleaning service for the accommodation of at least 3 hours (39 EUR), which is paid directly to the cleaner. By implementing long-stay discounts, the average duration of reservations has increased and many of our accommodations were being delivered extremely dirty on the day of departure. We appreciate your understanding.

- At LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES we attach great importance to the good coexistence of our guests with the other NEIGHBOURS of the building. We appreciate that you are kind and respectful to them.
- The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at all times is 4 people.
- SMOKING is strictly FORBIDDEN in the entire property.
- PARTIES AND NOISES that may disturb neighbours are prohibited from 10pm to 8am.
- This property is located in a building with other apartments that are not under LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES management. We cannot be held responsible for disturbing noises from neighbours or unexpected construction work.
- PETS are not allowed.
- Hanging clothes on balconies or windows in a way that is visible from the street is not permitted.
- LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES does not provide the service of changing dirty sheets and towels in the accommodations. However, in all of them you will find a spare set of sheets + a spare set of towels per guest. The accommodations also have a washing machine.
- Please do not enter the building wet or with sand from the beach.
