The living room has a comfortable 3-seater sofa and a 50-inch Smart TV with access, through LIVING LAS CANTERAS' own private accounts, to Amazon Prime and Movistar Plus Premium Cable TV (no access to German TV channels). Not even on holidays will you lose the thread of your favourite TV series!

The dining table, ideal for four people, is strategically located between the kitchen and the living room. Everything at hand!

🛏️ Bedrooms tailored to your rest
Its master bedroom invites to relax. A 150-cm matress, comfortable for the night's rest, reading moments or restful naps. It has a 6-drawer dresser and a very large wardrobe with two sections and overhead storage unit.

In the second bedroom, with a 90-cm bed with trundle, we have included a computer screen, a desk, an office chair and a reading lamp.

​It is a very lively neighbourhood during the day, with lots of laptop-friendly cafes and several coworking spaces, if you want to meet other digital nomads. At night, it's very quiet, ensuring a restful sleep.

The flat is located on the 6th floor of a 7-storey building. Please note that there is a 10-step staircase to access the lift from the main entrance of the building.
It is the perfect choice for short and medium stay rentals, families of up to 4 members, couples and groups of friends.

📆 CLEANING SERVICE FOR LONG STAYS
For stays longer than 14 days, it is mandatory to hire an additional cleaning service for the accommodation of at least 3 hours (39 EUR), which is paid directly to the cleaner. By implementing long-stay discounts, the average duration of reservations has increased and many of our accommodations were being delivered extremely dirty on the day of departure. We appreciate your understanding.

- The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at all times is 4 people.
- SMOKING is strictly FORBIDDEN in the entire property.
- PARTIES AND NOISES that may disturb neighbours are prohibited from 10pm to 8am.
- This property is located in a building with other apartments that are not under LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES management. We cannot be held responsible for disturbing noises from neighbours or unexpected construction work.
- PETS are not allowed.
- Hanging clothes on balconies or windows in a way that is visible from the street is not permitted.
- LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES does not provide the service of changing dirty sheets and towels in the accommodations. However, in all of them you will find a spare set of sheets + a spare set of towels per guest. The apartments also have a washing machine.
- Please do not enter the building wet or with sand from the beach.
