The Space

🌊 In this accommodation... The sea becomes the star! A restful sleep, you open your eyes and there’s the sea. You prepare a delicious breakfast and enjoy it looking at the sea. You go down to the beach in less than two minutes and you jump into the sea! You will not ever get tired...

As in all LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES properties, the kitchen is thoughtfully equipped to make cooking and dining at home as comfortable as possible.

  The bedroom area has a 150 cm bed, reading lamps, Samsung Smart TV 32'' with Amazon Prime (no access to German TV channels) and two large wardrobes located in the access corridor.

 The living room area also has a super comfortable three-seater sofa… for those restful naps that we all love!

It is equipped with a small table for two and two comfortable chairs on which to spend restful moments contemplating the sea.

The licence number is VV-35/1/0434. All demands placed on the decree of holiday homes 113/2015 of the Canary Islands Government are fully met.

📆 CLEANING SERVICE FOR LONG STAYS
For stays longer than 14 days, it is mandatory to hire an additional cleaning service for the accommodation of at least 2 hours (26 EUR), which is paid directly to the cleaner. By implementing long-stay discounts, the average duration of reservations has increased and many of our accommodations were being delivered extremely dirty on the day of departure. We appreciate your understanding.

- At LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES we attach great importance to the good coexistence of our guests with the other NEIGHBOURS of the building. We appreciate that you are kind and respectful to them.
- The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at all times is 3 people.
- SMOKING is strictly FORBIDDEN in the entire property.
- PARTIES AND NOISES that may disturb neighbours are prohibited from 10pm to 8am.
- This property is located in a building with other apartments that are not under LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES management. We cannot be held responsible for disturbing noises from neighbours or unexpected construction work.
- PETS are not allowed.
- Hanging clothes on balconies or windows in a way that is visible from the street is not permitted.
- LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES does not provide the service of changing dirty sheets and towels in the accommodations. However, in all of them you will find a spare set of sheets + a spare set of towels per guest. The apartments also have a washing machine.
- Please do not enter the building wet or with sand from the beach.
