The Space

🔪📺 Kitchen and living-dining room in one space
A spacious, fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need, including an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a wide range of small appliances.
The living-dining area is super comfy, and it faces the sea! You'll find a three-seater sofa and a reading armchair. Plus, a 43-inch Smart TV from Samsung with access to Amazon Prime and the cable TV channels of MOVISTAR TV Ocio (please note, we do not offer access to German TV channels).

🛏️ Bedrooms ensuring privacy
The master bedroom is in the same space, separated by a tempered glass wall with blackout blinds for privacy. The bed is 150 cm wide and comes with pillows of varying firmness, so you can choose the one that suits you best.
The second bedroom has a single bed measuring 90 cm and a spacious built-in wardrobe.

👖 Laundry facilities
For laundry, we have a washer and dryer.

The licence number is VV-35/1/0434. All demands placed on the decree of holiday homes 113/2015 of the Canary Islands Government are fully met.

📆 CLEANING SERVICE FOR LONG STAYS
For stays longer than 14 days, it is mandatory to hire an additional cleaning service for the accommodation of at least 3 hours (39 EUR), which is paid directly to the cleaner. By implementing long-stay discounts, the average duration of reservations has increased and many of our accommodations were being delivered extremely dirty on the day of departure. We appreciate your understanding.

The flat has been decorated, furnished and cleaned so that you can enjoy it to its fullest potential. We ask you to treat it with love and dedication so that its future guests can enjoy it in the same way. Thank you!

- At LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES we attach great importance to the good coexistence of our guests with the other NEIGHBOURS of the building. We appreciate that you are kind and respectful to them.
- The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at all times is 3 people.
- SMOKING is strictly FORBIDDEN in the entire property.
- PARTIES AND NOISES that may disturb neighbours are prohibited from 10pm to 8am.
- PETS are not allowed.
- It is not allowed to hang clothes on balconies or windows facing the street.
- LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES does not provide the service of changing dirty sheets and towels in the accommodations. However, in all of them you will find a spare set of sheets + a spare set of towels per guest. The accommodations also have a washing machine.
- Access to the property is not allowed while being wet or impregnated with sand from the beach.
