The Space

As in all LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES properties, the kitchen is thoughtfully equipped to make cooking and dining at home as comfortable as possible. In addition, a very comfortable and spacious extendable table.

🛏️ Bedroom area
It has a large 150 cm bed, reading lamps, a 43'' television with access to Amazon TV and Movistar Cable TV (more than 100 channels including BBC, CNN, etc., all sports and a wide range of movies that can be watched anytime and with its original language. No access to German TV channels) and a good-size freestanding wardrobe.

Very bright, with a large shower and a window to the outside.

🔆 Terrace with unmatched views
Spacious and featuring glass railings that visually expand the area. You'll find a couple of sun loungers, along with a small table and two chairs.
Please note: Smoking on the terrace is strictly prohibited.

​It is a very lively neighbourhood during the day, with lots of laptop-friendly cafes and several coworking spaces, if you want to meet other digital nomads. At night, it's very quiet, ensuring a restful sleep.

· Located on the 3rd floor of a quiet 4-storey building, which has only 12 apartments. Only 20 metres away from the sand!
· Please note that there is a 5-step staircase to access the lift from the main entrance of the building.
· Ideal for solo travellers, remote workers, couples or families with a young child.

The licence number is VV/35/1/0004. All demands placed on the decree of holiday homes 113/2015 of the Canary Islands Government are fully met.

📆 CLEANING SERVICE FOR LONG STAYS
For stays longer than 14 days, it is mandatory to hire an additional cleaning service for the accommodation of at least 2 hours (26 EUR), which is paid directly to the cleaner. By implementing long-stay discounts, the average duration of reservations has increased and many of our accommodations were being delivered extremely dirty on the day of departure. We appreciate your understanding.

- At LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES we attach great importance to the good coexistence of our guests with the other NEIGHBOURS of the building. We appreciate that you are kind and respectful to them.
- The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at all times is 2 people.
- SMOKING is strictly FORBIDDEN in the entire property.
- PARTIES AND NOISES that may disturb neighbours are prohibited from 10pm to 8am.
- This property is located in a building with other apartments that are not under LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES management. We cannot be held responsible for disturbing noises from neighbours or unexpected construction work.
- PETS are not allowed.
- Hanging clothes on balconies or windows in a way that is visible from the street is not permitted.
- LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES does not provide the service of changing dirty sheets and towels in the accommodations. However, in all of them you will find a spare set of sheets + a spare set of towels per guest. The accommodations also have a washing machine.
- Please do not enter the building wet or with sand from the beach.
