The flat is located on the top floor of a 7-storey building, in a quiet pedestrian street. This street is 85 metres from the promenade, but it is not on the seafront (the terrace has a partial view of the sea, given its height).
It is ideal for up to four-person families, two couples or a group of up to 4 friends.
At the entrance of the building, to reach the lift there is a ramp for suitcases or wheelchairs next to 5 steps. The lift is small.

- This property is located in a building with other apartments that are not under our management. We cannot be held responsible for disturbing noises from neighbours or unexpected construction work.
- PETS are not allowed.
- Hanging clothes on balconies or windows in a way that is visible from the street is not permitted.
- LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES does not provide the service of changing dirty sheets and towels in the accommodations. However, in all of them you will find a spare set of sheets + a spare set of towels per guest. The apartments also have a washing machine.
- Please do not enter the building wet or with sand from the beach.
