- This property is located in a building with other apartments that are not managed by LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES. We cannot be held responsible for disturbing noises from neighbours or unexpected construction work.
- PETS are not allowed.
- Hanging clothes on balconies or windows in a way that is visible from the street is not permitted.
- LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES does not provide the service of changing dirty sheets and towels in the accommodations. However, in all of them you will find a spare set of sheets + a spare set of towels per guest. The flats also have a washing machine.
- Please do not enter the building wet or with sand from the beach.
