Located in the basement of the building, with direct access to the house by lift. Parking suitable for cars up to:
- 4.10 metres long
- 1.75 metres wide
- 1.80 metres high
To access the parking space, there is a 2.66-metre wide closed curve.

It is a very central area, with normally heavy traffic. Although the flat is located on the 7th floor, traffic noise can be felt if you keep the access to the terrace open.

It has an oven, a wide combi refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave and a variety of small appliances. Washer and dryer are in a separate room at the end of the terrace. Air conditioning in the living room.

Despite our thorough cleaning prior to the arrival of our guests, the floor of the terrace tends to get dirty quickly due to pollution from the heavy traffic in the area.

- Hanging clothes on balconies or windows in a way that is visible from the street is not permitted.
- LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES does not provide the service of changing dirty sheets and towels in the accommodations. However, in all of them you will find a spare set of sheets + a spare set of towels per guest. The flats also have a washing machine.
