The space

This stunning penthouse features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a spectacular terrace.

🅿️ Free private parking space
Located in the basement of the building, with direct access to the house by lift. Parking suitable for cars up to:
- 4.10 metres long
- 1.75 metres wide
- 1.80 metres high
To access the parking space, there is a 2.66-metre wide closed curve.

It is a very central area, with normally heavy traffic. Although the flat is located on the 7th floor, traffic noise can be felt if you keep the access to the terrace open.

🔪 Very well-equipped kitchen
It has an oven, a wide combi refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave and a variety of small appliances. Washer and dryer are in a separate room at the end of the terrace. Air conditioning in the living room.

📺 Relaxation zone
The living room has a Smart TV, which includes access, through LIVING LAS CANTERAS' own account, to Amazon Prime (no access to german tv channels). There is air conditioning.

🛏️ Very practical bedrooms
The master bedroom is furnished with a 150 cm bed and includes its own bathroom.
The second bedroom has two 90 cm single beds that can be pushed together if desired. Both bedrooms have separate large fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.
This flat has a third bedroom, accessible via an internal staircase, furnished with an 80 cm hide away bed, nightstand, children's desk and chair.

It offers spectacular views of the city, Las Alcaravaneras Beach and the Marina. In it, you will find a pleasant area for snacks and relaxed conversations, with a coffee table, a couch and a 1-person bench; a solarium area, with sun loungers where you can rest in the sun with a refreshing drink... and even a hammock for naps.

Despite our thorough cleaning prior to the arrival of our guests, the floor of the terrace tends to get dirty quickly due to pollution from the heavy traffic in the area.

📆 CLEANING SERVICE FOR LONG STAYS
For stays longer than 14 days, it is mandatory to hire an additional cleaning service for the accommodation of at least 3 hours (39 EUR), which is paid directly to the cleaner. By implementing long-stay discounts, the average duration of reservations has increased and many of our accommodations were being delivered extremely dirty on the day of departure. We appreciate your understanding.

- PARTIES AND NOISES that may disturb neighbours are prohibited from 10pm to 8am.
- This property is located in a building with other apartments that are not under our management. We cannot be held responsible for disturbing noises from neighbours or unexpected construction work.
- PETS are not allowed.
- Hanging clothes on balconies or windows in a way that is visible from the street is not permitted.
- LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES does not provide the service of changing dirty sheets and towels in the accommodations. However, in all of them you will find a spare set of sheets + a spare set of towels per guest. The flats also have a washing machine.
- Please do not enter the building wet or with sand from the beach.
