The space

Light, order and functionality take centre stage. A space designed to be enjoyed with ease, whether for short or medium stays.

The main bedroom has a 180 cm bed, while the second bedroom has two 90 cm single beds. Both bedrooms have a full bathroom and Smart Tv.

Two comfortable sun loungers, table for four, awning and sunshine for much of the day.

🌬️ Air conditioning and ceiling fans
Three air conditioning units and three ceiling fans located in the living room-kitchen and both bedrooms, ensuring a pleasant temperature at any time of year.

- This accommodation is located on the 4th and 5th floors of a 5-storey building with a lift.
- It is perfect for couples or families with up to 2 children.
- Self check-in is available. You will not need to meet us on the day of your check-in and you can arrive late at night without any problem.
- The neighbourhood has a wide range of restaurants, supermarkets, cafés with Wi-Fi and coworking spaces just a few steps away. We will send you our highly appreciated Recommendation Guide.
-The accommodation does not include parking, but Parking Las Canteras is located only 50 metres away and offers discounts for stays of several days.

🏠 Commitment to respecting neighbours
- This property is intended for guests seeking rest and a pleasant stay. Events or gatherings are not allowed.
- Respecting neighbours’ rest is essential, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 22:00 and 08:00.
- Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the stay.

🧹 Cleaning service and linen change
- For stays of 14 nights or less, an optional low-cost cleaning service is available.
- For stays longer than 14 nights, booking a cleaning service of at least 2 hours (€30 total) is mandatory. Payment is made directly to the cleaner. This helps us maintain the property in perfect condition for all future guests.
- Please note that we do not provide linen or towel changes. An extra set of bed linen is provided per occupied bed, along with two sets of bath towels per guest. This accommodation also has a washing machine, and we provide liquid detergent.

House rules

At LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES, good relations with the neighbors are a top priority. We kindly ask for your full cooperation in adhering to the following rules:

• The regulations of Las Palmas City Council state that noise perceived by a neighbour BETWEEN 10 p.m. AND 8 a.m. must not exceed 25 dB IN BEDROOMS and 30 dB IN OTHER ROOMS. Normal conversation = 40–50 dB. Slamming doors, dragging furniture = 70 dB. From these levels, you should subtract what is absorbed by walls, ceilings and windows.
• Without our prior authorisation, access is not permitted to PERSONS WHO ARE NOT LISTED IN THE BOOKING.
• SMOKING is strictly FORBIDDEN throughout the property and in all communal areas of the building.
• We accept no responsibility for noise caused by NEIGHBOURS’ BUILDING WORKS that have not been notified to us.
• PETS are not allowed.
• Access to the building is not permitted WHEN WET OR WITH SAND from the beach.
• It is not permitted to HANG CLOTHES on balconies or windows where they are visible from the street.

The accommodation has been decorated, furnished and cleaned so that you can enjoy it to its full potential. We kindly ask you to treat it with care and respect so that future guests can enjoy it in the same way. Thank you very much!
