The space

Light, order and functionality take centre stage. A space designed to be enjoyed with ease, whether for short or medium stays.

🙋 Open-plan living, dining and sleeping area
Everything is very well equipped, in the true style of all LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES accommodations. This is the only one that does not have a washing machine, although there is a self-service laundromat less than 200 metres away.
A room divider with a Smart TV that swivels 180° allows you to watch it from either the beds or the living area, which features a comfortable sofa.

There is also a height-adjustable table if you wish to work remotely while standing.

Ensuring a pleasant temperature throughout the year.

🆓 As in all LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES properties, it includes:
- 2 sets of bath towels per guest
- One beach towel per guest
- 2 comfortable beach chairs and 1 umbrella

- This accommodation is located in a quiet 5-storey building with a lift.
- It is perfect for couples or families with up to 1 child.
- The property can be accessed without having to climb any steps. It has a lift.
- Self check-in is available. You will not need to meet us on the day of your check-in and you can arrive late at night without any problem.
- The neighbourhood has a wide range of restaurants, supermarkets, cafés with - Wi-Fi and coworking spaces just a few steps away. We will send you our much-valued Recommendation Guide.
- The accommodation does not include parking, but Parking Las Canteras is located only 50 metres away and offers discounts for stays of several days.

🏠 Commitment to respecting neighbours
- This property is intended for guests seeking rest and a pleasant stay. Events or gatherings are not allowed.
- Respecting neighbours’ rest is essential, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 22:00 and 08:00.
- Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the stay.

🧹 Cleaning service and linen change
- For stays of 14 nights or less, an optional low-cost cleaning service is available.
- For stays longer than 14 nights, booking a cleaning service of at least 2 hours (€30 total) is mandatory. Payment is made directly to the cleaner. This helps us maintain the property in perfect condition for all future guests.
- Please note that we do not provide linen or towel changes. An extra set of bed linen is provided per occupied bed, along with two sets of bath towels per guest.

House rules

At LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES, good relations with the neighbors are a top priority. We kindly ask for your full cooperation in adhering to the following rules:

• The regulations of Las Palmas City Council state that noise perceived by a neighbour BETWEEN 10 p.m. AND 8 a.m. must not exceed 25 dB IN BEDROOMS and 30 dB IN OTHER ROOMS. Normal conversation = 40–50 dB. Slamming doors, dragging furniture = 70 dB. From these levels, you should subtract what is absorbed by walls, ceilings and windows.
• Without our prior authorisation, access is not permitted to PERSONS WHO ARE NOT LISTED IN THE BOOKING.
• SMOKING is strictly FORBIDDEN throughout the property and in all communal areas of the building.
• We accept no responsibility for noise caused by NEIGHBOURS’ BUILDING WORKS that have not been notified to us.
• PETS are not allowed.
• Access to the building is not permitted WHEN WET OR WITH SAND from the beach.
• It is not permitted to HANG CLOTHES on balconies or windows where they are visible from the street.


The flat has been decorated, furnished and cleaned so that you can enjoy it to its fullest. We kindly ask you to treat it with care and respect, so that future guests can enjoy it in the same way. Thank you very much!
