The Space
π With a Nordic inspiration, light tones were selected for walls, furniture and flooring, and an evocative tricolor mural was arranged in the dining area. Relaxation guaranteed!

With lots of natural light due to a wide access to the terrace and the huge skylight on the ceiling. Would you like some darkness? Close the skylight blinds and draw the blackout drapes.
βThe workspace boosts your concentration. It is a serene and bright area, as it is been located next to the terrace and under the skylight.
In the living area you will find a two-seat sofa, comfortable and soft. Do you fancy a quiet evening at home? Turn on the 32'' Smart TV and watch a movie or a good series on Amazon Prime (we do not offer access to German TV channels).

As in all LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES properties, the kitchen is thoughtfully equipped to make cooking and dining at home as comfortable as possible.

The 150 cm bed has a very comfortable new mattress. Also, there are pillows of different firmness at your disposal. A huge built-in wardrobe with three bodies offers the storage space you need. You will find a beach towel per guest inside it.

And if that is not enough, there is a second wardrobe with two bodies in the corridor, where you will find, in addition to cleaning items such as a broom and dustpan or bucket and mop, an umbrella, 2 beach chairs and diving goggles.

It features a huge walk-in shower, with high-pressure water shower heads, body gel and shampoo dispensers and extractor fan, as well as a vanity unit with plenty of storage space. There is a hair dryer in one of the drawers.

βIt is a very lively neighbourhood during the day, with lots of laptop-friendly cafes and several coworking spaces, if you want to meet other digital nomads. At night, it's very quiet, ensuring a restful sleep.

- Note that there is a flight of aprox 20 steps to access the lift from the main entrance of the building.
- This accommodation, which is located on the 4th floor of a 6-storey building, is ideal for short and medium stays, solo travellers or couples, as well as remote workers looking for a change of scenery and a relaxed atmosphere.

The building where this accommodation is located is a residential property.
For the sustainability of holiday rentals in residential buildings, we kindly ask for your full cooperation in adhering to the following rules:
β’ The regulations of Las Palmas City Council state that noise perceived by a neighbour BETWEEN 10 p.m. AND 8 a.m. must not exceed 25 dB IN BEDROOMS and 30 dB IN OTHER ROOMS. Normal conversation = 40β50 dB. Slamming doors, dragging furniture = 70 dB. From these levels, you should subtract what is absorbed by walls, ceilings and windows.
β’ Without our prior authorisation, access is not permitted to PERSONS WHO ARE NOT LISTED IN THE BOOKING.
β’ SMOKING is strictly FORBIDDEN throughout the property and in all communal areas of the building.
β’ We accept no responsibility for noise caused by NEIGHBOURSβ BUILDING WORKS that have not been notified to us.
β’ PETS are not allowed.
β’ Access to the building is not permitted WHEN WET OR WITH SAND from the beach.
β’ It is not permitted to HANG CLOTHES on balconies or windows where they are visible from the street.
β’ We do not provide a LINEN AND TOWEL CHANGE SERVICE. However, you will find spare sheets and towels in the apartment. The accommodation has a washing machine, and we provide detergent for your use.
The flat has been decorated, furnished and cleaned so that you can enjoy it to its fullest. We kindly ask you to treat it with care and respect, so that future guests can enjoy it in the same way. Thank you very much!

π CLEANING SERVICE FOR LONG STAYS
For stays longer than 14 days, it is mandatory to hire an additional cleaning service for the accommodation of at least 2 hours (26 EUR), which is paid directly to the cleaner. By implementing long-stay discounts, the average duration of reservations has increased and many of our accommodations were being delivered extremely dirty on the day of departure. We appreciate your understanding.
