They ensure a restful nightβs sleep. It also includes wall-mounted reading lights and a spacious built-in wardrobe. While the bedroom doesnβt have an external window, the wide doorway connecting it to the lounge allows plenty of natural light to flood in, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
If youβre looking to balance work and leisure, the work area of this flat consists of an electric height-adjustable standing desk (standing up at times relaxes the back and prevents injuries), an office chair and a computer screen that you can connect to your laptop - all with the soothing backdrop of the sea.

It boasts a spacious shower and very good water pressure. We include two full sets of towels per guest and a beach towel for each person, a hair dryer and gel and shampoo dispensers for your convenience.

For the sustainability of holiday rentals in residential buildings, we kindly ask for your full cooperation in adhering to the following rules:
β’ The regulations of Las Palmas City Council state that noise perceived by a neighbour BETWEEN 10 p.m. AND 8 a.m. must not exceed 25 dB IN BEDROOMS and 30 dB IN OTHER ROOMS. Normal conversation = 40β50 dB. Slamming doors, dragging furniture = 70 dB. From these levels, you should subtract what is absorbed by walls, ceilings and windows.
β’ Without our prior authorisation, access is not permitted to PERSONS WHO ARE NOT LISTED IN THE BOOKING.
β’ SMOKING is strictly FORBIDDEN throughout the property and in all communal areas of the building.
β’ We accept no responsibility for noise caused by NEIGHBOURSβ BUILDING WORKS that have not been notified to us.
β’ PETS are not allowed.
β’ Access to the building is not permitted WHEN WET OR WITH SAND from the beach.
β’ It is not permitted to HANG CLOTHES on balconies or windows where they are visible from the street.
β’ We do not provide a LINEN AND TOWEL CHANGE SERVICE. However, you will find spare sheets and towels in the apartment. The accommodation has a washing machine, and we provide detergent for your use.
The flat has been decorated, furnished and cleaned so that you can enjoy it to its fullest. We kindly ask you to treat it with care and respect, so that future guests can enjoy it in the same way. Thank you very much!

For stays longer than 14 days, it is mandatory to hire an additional cleaning service for the accommodation of at least 2 hours (26 EUR), which is paid directly to the cleaner. By implementing long-stay discounts, the average duration of reservations has increased and many of our accommodations were being delivered extremely dirty on the day of departure.
