The Space
โ๏ธ You will feel at home from the moment you enter. Its black and white tile floor, like a chess board, visually connects all the rooms. The light tones and the selection of light fabrics provide a feeling of luminosity and spaciousness.

Enjoy the breathtaking views of Las Canteras Bay. The furniture blends rattan pieces with lighter, more nautical upholstery, creating a relaxed and inviting atmosphere.
๐บโ๐ฎ Living-dining room with three areas
The lounge and TV area, featuring a 2-seater sofa and 2 individual armchairs, invites you to enjoy moments of conversation and a glass of wine or to relax with a good movie, thanks to the cable TV from Movistar Plus or our Amazon Prime account (we do not offer access to German TV channels).
The dining area has a glass-topped table for 4 diners. The bay window area floods the space with natural light and invites you to enjoy moments of good reading by the sea.
๐๏ธ Two dedrooms with private bathrooms
Both bedrooms have a double bed and medium-firm mattresses.
The first bedroom has access to the living-dining room. The two-section free-standing wardrobe offers you the storage space you need. Its bathroom has a spacious shower with a glass enclosure, a modern sink, and two large baskets containing a hairdryer and a beach towel per guest. In the accommodation, you will find two sets of bath towels per person.
The second bedroom has a functional design. To make the most of the space, instead of a wardrobe, we have installed a crossbar with hangers and visible shelves. The laundry room is located behind the curtains.

The bathroom of the second bedroom is open, without partitions, to the sleeping area. Large-format shower.
๐ช Spacious fully-equipped kitchen
It includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a modern fridge-freezer. Additionally, we have provided a toaster, blender, kettle, electric and Italian coffee makers, juicer, and all the kitchenware you can imagine.

Parking space located in a nearby private car park. It is at the entrance level from the street, very easy to access. It is included in the rent.

- There is only 1 home per floor, it's a very quiet community.
- This accommodation is located on the 2nd floor of a 4-story building.
- The lift provides direct access to the interior of the dwelling using a key, which we will leave in the accommodation.
- The flat is ideal for short and medium stays, couples, holiday travellers, or remote workers.

๐ CLEANING SERVICE FOR LONG STAYS
For stays longer than 14 days, it is mandatory to hire an additional cleaning service for the accommodation of at least 3 hours (39 EUR), which is paid directly to the cleaner. By implementing long-stay discounts, the average duration of reservations has increased and many of our accommodations were being delivered extremely dirty on the day of departure. We appreciate your understanding.

- SMOKING is strictly FORBIDDEN in the entire property.
- PARTIES AND NOISES that may disturb neighbours are prohibited from 10pm to 8am.
- This property is located in a building with other apartments that are not under our management. We cannot be held responsible for disturbing noises from neighbours or unexpected construction work.
- PETS are not allowed.
- Hanging clothes on balconies or windows in a way that is visible from the street is not permitted.
- LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES does not provide the service of changing dirty sheets and towels in the accommodations. However, in all of them you will find a spare set of sheets + a spare set of towels per guest. The accommodations also have a washing machine.
- Please do not enter the building wet or with sand from the beach.
