The Space

🎖️This newly constructed space is designed for digital nomads and relaxation enthusiasts seeking the perfect getaway that seamlessly blends work and pleasure.

🛏️ Dreamy bedrooms
The main bedroom, with its sloping ceiling and air conditioning, features a 180 x 200 cm bed and 4 built-in wardrobes of various sizes. Two large windows flood the room with natural light, while blackout blinds ensure your restful sleep.

The second bedroom, located on the lower level, is spacious and bright, with air conditioning and a 150 x 200 cm bed.

Both bedrooms include a workstation with a desk and chair, as well as their own bathroom. A flight of stairs connects the floors inside the property.

Step into a world of comfort and productivity. Your bedroom-office features a desk, office chair, desk lamp, and a computer screen to connect to your laptop. It also includes a large-sized sofa-bed (144 x 200 cm when open) and a built-in wardrobe, transforming it into a separate third bedroom.

House rules

At LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES, good relations with the neighbors are a top priority.
The building where this accommodation is located is a residential property.
For the sustainability of holiday rentals in residential buildings, we kindly ask for your full cooperation in adhering to the following rules:

• The regulations of Las Palmas City Council state that noise perceived by a neighbour BETWEEN 10 p.m. AND 8 a.m. must not exceed 25 dB IN BEDROOMS and 30 dB IN OTHER ROOMS. Normal conversation = 40–50 dB. Slamming doors, dragging furniture = 70 dB. From these levels, you should subtract what is absorbed by walls, ceilings and windows.
• Without our prior authorisation, access is not permitted to PERSONS WHO ARE NOT LISTED IN THE BOOKING.
• SMOKING is strictly FORBIDDEN throughout the property and in all communal areas of the building.
• We accept no responsibility for noise caused by NEIGHBOURS’ BUILDING WORKS that have not been notified to us.
• PETS are not allowed.
• Access to the building is not permitted WHEN WET OR WITH SAND from the beach.
• It is not permitted to HANG CLOTHES on balconies or windows where they are visible from the street.
• We do not provide a LINEN AND TOWEL CHANGE SERVICE. However, you will find spare sheets and towels in the apartment. The accommodation has a washing machine, and we provide detergent for your use.

The flat has been decorated, furnished and cleaned so that you can enjoy it to its fullest. We kindly ask you to treat it with care and respect, so that future guests can enjoy it in the same way. Thank you very much!

The licence number is VV-35-1-0018685. All demands placed on the decree of holiday homes 113/2015 of the Canary Islands Government are fully met.

📆 CLEANING SERVICE FOR LONG STAYS
For stays longer than 14 days, it is mandatory to hire an additional cleaning service for the accommodation of at least 3 hours (39 EUR), which is paid directly to the cleaner. By implementing long-stay discounts, the average duration of reservations has increased and many of our accommodations were being delivered extremely dirty on the day of departure. We appreciate your understanding.
