Step into a world of comfort and productivity. Your bedroom-office features a desk, office chair, desk lamp, and a computer screen to connect to your laptop. It also includes a large-sized sofa-bed (144 x 200 cm when open) and a built-in wardrobe, transforming it into a separate third bedroom.

The dining room, kitchen, and living room merge into a spacious and sunlit area, open to an enormous two-level terrace through tempered glass sliding doors.

Our kitchen boasts a practical work island that doubles as a breakfast bar. Equipped with an oven, microwave, combi fridge, washer-dryer, dishwasher, and a wide range of small appliances, you'll have everything you need to cook, along with ample storage space. 📆 CLEANING SERVICE FOR LONG STAYS
For stays longer than 14 days, it is mandatory to hire an additional cleaning service for the accommodation of at least 3 hours (39 EUR), which is paid directly to the cleaner. By implementing long-stay discounts, the average duration of reservations has increased and many of our accommodations were being delivered extremely dirty on the day of departure. We appreciate your understanding.

- SMOKING is strictly FORBIDDEN in the entire property.
- PARTIES AND NOISES that may disturb neighbours are prohibited from 10pm to 8am.
- This property is located in a building with other apartments that are not under our management. We cannot be held responsible for disturbing noises from neighbours or unexpected construction work.
- PETS are not allowed.
- Hanging clothes on balconies or windows in a way that is visible from the street is not permitted.
- LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES does not provide the service of changing dirty sheets and towels in the accommodations. However, in all of them you will find a spare set of sheets + a spare set of towels per guest. The accommodations also have a washing machine.
- Please do not enter the building wet or with sand from the beach.
