The Space
π A true home on Las Canteras Beach. Comfortable and very bright 1-bedroom accommodation, with direct access to the promenade and the beach.
β¨ Open-plan living-dining-kitchen and work area
Fully-equipped kitchen, so that you won't miss anything: large fridge-freezer, oven, microwave and 2-burner ceramic hob, as well as a wide range of small appliances: toaster, blender, kettle, electric coffee maker and moka, juicer and all the kitchenware you can imagine.
The living room is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. It has a comfortable sofawith chaise longue, a 50-inches Smart TV with access to our Amazon Prime or Movistar TV accounts (we do not offer access to German TV channels), a reading chair with swivel base and a large rug, which provides warmth to the room. The large window opens onto the promenade, allowing you to enjoy spectacular views and plenty of natural light while you relax with your favourite book.
Bedroom with two single 90 x 200 cm beds, which we can present together if you prefer. Pillows of different firmness levels available so that you can choose the one that suits you best. And following our guests' recommendations, we installed an air conditioning unit in February 2025. The room has a large built-in wardrobe with a mirrored front, with ample storage capacity.
πΏ Full bathroom with large shower and screen
The sink unit has two large drawers, where you will find a hairdryer and a beach towel per guest. In the accommodation, you will also find a spare set of bath towels per person.

Planning to surf during your stay? In the living room, we have arranged two surfboards, as well as two beach chairs, a parasol and snorkelling goggles so that you can make the most of the beach, all without surcharge.

- This accommodation is located on the ground floor of a 5-storey building. In the lobby, there is a short flight of stairs to reach the flat.
- In front of the accommodation is the terrace of a traditional and quiet restaurant that opens every day from 11:00 to 00:00 hours.

π CLEANING SERVICE FOR LONG STAYS
For stays longer than 14 days, it is mandatory to hire an additional cleaning service for the accommodation of at least 3 hours (39 EUR), which is paid directly to the cleaner. By implementing long-stay discounts, the average duration of reservations has increased and many of our accommodations were being delivered extremely dirty on the day of departure. We appreciate your understanding.

- This property is located in a building with other apartments that are not under our management. We cannot be held responsible for disturbing noises from neighbours or unexpected construction work.
- PETS are not allowed.
- Hanging clothes on balconies or windows in a way that is visible from the street is not permitted.
- LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES does not provide the service of changing dirty sheets and towels in the accommodations. However, in all of them you will find a spare set of sheets + a spare set of towels per guest. The accommodations also have a washing machine.
- Please do not enter the building wet or with sand from the beach.
