It has a double sofa bed with chaise longue, very comfortable in both positions. It is equipped with a Samsung 50-inch Smart TV, with free access, through LIVING LAS CANTERAS' own accounts, to Amazon Prime and Movistar Cable TV with a wide variety of channels (no access to German TV channels).

​💻​ Second workstation
It's been installed in the living room area, after moving the bikes available in the flat to a new location. There are now 2 workstations consisting of a desk, a chair and a reading lamp. One of them includes a computer screen that you can connect to your laptop.

🔪 Well-equipped kitchen
As in all LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES properties, the kitchen is thoughtfully equipped to make cooking and dining at home as comfortable as possible.

📆 CLEANING SERVICE FOR LONG STAYS
For stays longer than 14 days, it is mandatory to hire an additional cleaning service for the accommodation of at least 2 hours (26 EUR), which is paid directly to the cleaner. By implementing long-stay discounts, the average duration of reservations has increased and many of our accommodations were being delivered extremely dirty on the day of departure. We appreciate your understanding.

- At LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES we attach great importance to the good coexistence of our guests with the other NEIGHBOURS of the building. We appreciate that you are kind and respectful to them.
- The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at all times is 3 people.
- SMOKING is FORBIDDEN in the flat. You can smoke on the terrace, but being extremely careful!
- PARTIES AND NOISES that may disturb neighbours are prohibited from 10pm to 8am.
- This property is located in a building with other apartments that are not under our management. We cannot be held responsible for disturbing noises from neighbours or unexpected construction work.
- PETS are not allowed.
- Hanging clothes on balconies or windows in a way that is visible from the street is not permitted.
- LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES does not provide the service of changing dirty sheets and towels in the accommodations. However, in all of them you will find a spare set of sheets + a spare set of towels per guest. The flats also have a washing machine.
- Please do not enter the building wet or with sand from the beach.
