The living area is set up for both relaxation and productivity. Enjoy a true home cinema experience with an LCD projector and a stunning floor-to-ceiling retractable screen. Watch your favourite films, series or football matches in style, enhanced by ceiling-mounted surround sound.

📆 CLEANING SERVICE FOR LONG STAYS
For stays longer than 14 days, it is mandatory to hire an additional cleaning service for the accommodation of at least 2 hours ( 26 EUR), which is paid directly to the cleaner. By implementing long-stay discounts, the average duration of reservations has increased and many of our accommodations were being delivered extremely dirty on the day of departure. We appreciate your understanding.

- The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at all times is 2 people.
- SMOKING is strictly FORBIDDEN in the entire property.
- PARTIES AND NOISES that may disturb neighbours are prohibited from 10pm to 8am.
- This property is located in a building with other apartments that are not under our management. We cannot be held responsible for disturbing noises from neighbours or unexpected construction work.
- PETS are not allowed.
- Hanging clothes on balconies or windows in a way that is visible from the street is not permitted.
- LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES does not provide the service of changing dirty sheets and towels in the accommodations. However, in all of them you will find a spare set of sheets + a spare set of towels per guest. The flats also have a washing machine.
- Please do not enter the building wet or with sand from the beach.
