The space

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: induction hob, oven, microwave, large fridge, washing machine, and every utensil you can think of. A large central island offers plenty of workspace and doubles as a stylish breakfast bar.

The living area is set up for both relaxation and productivity. Enjoy a true home cinema experience with an LCD projector and a stunning floor-to-ceiling retractable screen. Watch your favourite films, series or football matches in style, enhanced by ceiling-mounted surround sound.

You’ll have access to Movistar TV Premium with over 100 channels including full sports coverage and a huge library of films – plus Amazon Prime Video, courtesy of LIVING LAS CANTERAS (note: German TV channels not included).

📆 CLEANING SERVICE FOR LONG STAYS
For stays longer than 14 days, it is mandatory to hire an additional cleaning service for the accommodation of at least 2 hours ( 26 EUR), which is paid directly to the cleaner. By implementing long-stay discounts, the average duration of reservations has increased and many of our accommodations were being delivered extremely dirty on the day of departure. We appreciate your understanding.

- At LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES we attach great importance to the good coexistence of our guests with the other NEIGHBOURS of the building. We appreciate that you are kind and respectful to them.
- The MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at all times is 2 people.
- SMOKING is strictly FORBIDDEN in the entire property.
- PARTIES AND NOISES that may disturb neighbours are prohibited from 10pm to 8am.
- This property is located in a building with other apartments that are not under our management. We cannot be held responsible for disturbing noises from neighbours or unexpected construction work.
- PETS are not allowed.
- Hanging clothes on balconies or windows in a way that is visible from the street is not permitted.
- LIVING LAS CANTERAS HOMES does not provide the service of changing dirty sheets and towels in the accommodations. However, in all of them you will find a spare set of sheets + a spare set of towels per guest. The flats also have a washing machine.
- Please do not enter the building wet or with sand from the beach.
